this just mad my day but i'm also pissed, never liked Jean ever since i watched the X-men animated series when i was a kid but the fact that their not keeping the original group in the films is stupid, this probably some crap being pulled by fox so that they call get the rights to more mutant names

I think Jean is in.. She could possibly be played by Alice Eve, the casting producers DID say that some of the cast may not be playing who they're reported to be.

I hope they don't leave Jean out of the movie. If Emma Frost is gonna be in it, Jean darn-tootin' better be, too!

It is going to be a confusing movie, but if you know your stuff, I think most people will understand it.

Also, remember, Xavier took the school from Emma, so that is why she is most likey going to be an adult, but you are right in the matter of the age thing, I dont understand why she would be an adult. She is around the same age of Jean. That part I dont understand at all. I personally think they should have kept Jean, Storm, and Cyclops in it seeing that they were Xavier's first students.

How so

I so wanted Jean in the movie, along with Archangel and Iceman and Cyclops. What was the point of having a origins movie with only 2 of the original X-Men?

Most of the characters I found familiar I saw when Xavier was looking at all the mutants through Cerebro, is it a coincidence there was young girl with white hair, and a kid with conveniently placed sun glasses?
