When you're a cat-killing, arm-less, daughter-less junkie, just being a junkie might be an improvement.
It might be a case of Roy looking for a new role model once Ollie kicked him out for being a junkie. If Kori is now as naive as Lobdell implies about humans, that's probably where the whole thing goes, they need him more than he needs them...except he desperately needs friends too.

What im thinking will happen is that Roy will sleep with Cheschire again and she'll be pregnant again. Also why does Jason where the hood in the car, why doesn't he take it off.

I am very hurt as a Roy fan to see him like that.All his character development flushed down the toilet.
Let's be honest, everything after Cry for Justice have been bad character development anyways, so this reboot can only benefit his character. Hell, we might be able to see Lian again, considering the crowd he's hanging out with he's sure to meet Cheshire... again.
Roy and Kori look like teenagers. Or really young adults. I'm not really liking Jason looking like the oldest of the group. I thought that Roy and Kori were with him to help ground him a bit. I don't see that happening since it looks like the both of them give me the feeling that they are looking up to him(in the case of Kori) and submitting to them(passive Red Arrow) instead of being his equals. Also, Jason's mask does seem really Deadpool-like since he is able to show facial expressions with it. If it were just his eyes, I'd be okay with it, but the mouth part of his mask is moving around too, which doesn't make sense since it's not supposed to be made out of some sort of cloth, like Deadpool, but out of something like plastic(judging by how it has been able to shatter so easily so many times) or maybe metal(since the surface of it is so reflective..). This is not good since Deadpool is my favorite Marvel character and Jason is my favorite DC character. I don't want DC trying to mold Jason into a cheap ripoff of Deadpool. Jason already has the mouth, all they need to do is make him insane and a mercenary, which wouldn't be hard to do.

I just hope that Jason gets some Deathstroke style attitude and not a Deadpool attitude, i mean Jason is to the Robins what Stroke is to Batmens.
I would be very ok with it if Jason became Deadpool-esque. He probably won't break the fourth wall, but he always was a smartass, why not make the book humourous?
@rhstickler: @theincrediblezero: Beinga smartass dont mean he have to make jokes, he could just sound like if he feel pitty for the rest of guys. Also i said Deathstroke styla attitude, not he would become Deathstroke.
It would wipe out a huge part of his personality if he loses the teasing and jokes. We can't even see his face, so his dialogue is one of the few things that could help me identify him. I really can't wait to see how the artist does his face, when it gets revealed(if ever).
@RedHoodsDen: @rhstickler: I mean with Deathstroke style attitude being the guys that is always on the mission, i mean why does he need to be like Deadpool, Deadpool was a better character when he was more Deathstroke that "Waypool", i mean most of people dont remember that Deadpool from the 90s was funny not for being an idiot, he was funny for the right reasons. Also being a smartass dont mean make jokes every five minutes, he could just be sarcastic. What i want for Jason is: A sarcastic character that follows his own code of honor, but that is always working in the "mission", he only does things if his code let him. I mean the guy pass time with Batman, so he need to have a little of Batman on him, not just a giant Red Bat, what is this McDonalds?.
Jasons always been the biggest of the Robins, so he might look older but hes not, hes just taller and more built. And looking at that scene it looks like Roy got his ass kicked lmao. Red Hood to the rescue!!!
Hmm...I like this team-up, will be very interesting to see how they come along but I'm not sure how to feel about the character changes... Jason with a Bat - Symbol on his chest? Does he become entirely good now? (don't hope so) Roy seems a lil too junkie - like to me...I liked his tragedy story including the loss of Lian and his arm, it's just natural that even heroe's lifes can go down, in this pictures I miss his "darkness" Any way I'm totally excited especially about Kori's role in this team I hope she has a past - time story with Dick so that Jason can freak her out with some jokes about him
I'm looking forward to see those very different characters in one team
