    Origin

    According to Japanese mythology, Izanagi, along with his sister Izanami, is one half of the pair of sibling deities who created Japan.

    Character Development

    According to legend, Izanagi dipped a jeweled spear into the sea, and the water which dripped from the spear's tip crystallized forming the Japanese islands.

    Persona series:

    Izanagi is a Persona of Fools Arcana and the main Persona of Souji Seta.
