    With everyone’s attention set on Outcast and The Walking Dead, Kirkman continues to set a pace for Invincible that is unique among every other book in the industry. From the events of the previous issue, Invincible #129 seemed primed to be a slow-simmer… A book simply biding time until the next big arc.
