    Remember! You're still rich!! 6

i'll just go ahead and say, HELL YEAH! seriously, i don't know where to begin, but i guess i'll start with the greatest highlights of the book, which was banners new attitude and goals, even as the issue begins we see the fact that Bruce has accomplished so much, and he even set out a motto that he would finish a new invention every week! Another thing that stood out in the issue was the Bruce banner/Tony stark dynamic, Waid does an excellent job of capturing the conflict between two great minds...

***SPOILER FREE REVIEW***I have to say I'm impressed with Waid's and Yu's efforts on this new series. Hulk has never been a character I've been interested in. However, the two are crafting a very interesting and exciting Hulk series.Waid does a masterful job with dialogue, nailing both Bruce Banner's and Tony Stark's dialogue. The interaction between the two is not only well written, but highly compelling and a good deal of fun. Luckily for us, we get plot progression as well, as we get an updat...

    Hulk vs. Iron Man 1

The GoodMark Waid did it again and touches up more on the relationship that Bruce Banner and The Hulk haave between the two. As the first issue ends, the second one starts with Bruce Banner being accepted into S.H.I.E.L.D. after a trial run given by Maria Hill, director of the agency. Now that The Hulk is apart of the team, we do get to see the intellect of Bruce Banner, as he is given the tools from the agency to invent all-consuming products to save the world and humanity. He also gets to know...

Iron Man, Hulk team up (yeah right) 2

The Hulk is one of my favourite characters and I love some of the stories he’s had over the years so I was excited for this issue after the astonishing first issue that immediately put the series on my pull list so I was excited for this and I was sure it wouldn’t drop in quality.PlotIron man meets with Maria Hill and wants to see Bruce Banner, Maria Hill takes him to see Banner they then have a joke. Iron Man and Bruce Banner try out a new earth probe in the Himalayas Iron Man gets Bruce cross ...

    GENIUSES SMASH! 0

I feel like the colors are a little off on the cover again, though not as much as last issue. The layout's a little boring and crowded, but honestly, considering what happens in the issue, the sense that the two of them are actually fighting over the cover is extremely fitting. And the colors are much better in the interiors which.... just.... are stunning Leinil Yu is just a master. There's a LOT of details, but Yu's still AMAZING at capturing action and dynamism. This issue gives us the explana...

How Long Can Hulk and Iron Man Get Along Without Fighting? 2

The first issue in this series was brilliant, and I'm happy to see the Hulk as a character taken in the right direction, and used properly. if you've read any of my reviews for the previous Incredible Hulk series you'll know that I didn't like it, and that at points I thought it was a joke of a series, so this series start as good as I'd hoped it would was very nice, and I have every faith that Mark Waid will keep writing Hulk with the quality he deserves.PlotThis issue sees Iron Man visit the S...

    INDESTRUCTIBLE HULK #2 A Super-Hero Pi$$ing Contest 11

COVER ART: 3/5 Now this issue LEINIL YU took some shortcuts on developing the cover. As an artist myself, I can see how Mr. Yu phoned it in on this cover. The image of Hulk is a classic frontal pose with one hand. You draw the head and the hand, then fill in the rest with lumpy muscles. I am sure Mr. Yu has drawn this same exact pose probably 1000 times or more, and I have seen it 1000 times or more. The image of Iron Man is the same. Front facing flying pose with one leg lower and one hand reac...
