    History

Stanley "Stinky" Printwhistle was a desperate small time crook who made a deal with the devil. He agreed to sell his soul to Lucifer in exchange for supernatural powers. So it was that the devil bestowed upon him the powers of evil from; Ivan the Terrible, Cesare Borgia, Attila the Hun and Caligula. When Printwhistle said the word spelled out by their initials, IBAC, he was changed by a green flame into a powerful being of pure evil.

Captain Marvel has defeated him several times, and each time Printwhistle has promised to reform, but he always ends up saying IBAC again and thus he becomes the being of evil. He joined up -while in his evil self - with Mr Mind's Monster Society of Evil and battled the Marvel Family. Reformed to Stanley once more, he became a street cleaner. And since he has not beaten Captain Marvel, he has not yet lost his soul to Lucifer.

He attempted to kill Ragdoll at the behest of Cheshire, who was herself ordered by Vandal Savage, but was defeated when his intended target stuck several large steak knives down his throat and left them there. Ibac joined Alexander Luthor's Secret Society of Super Villains. He was also one of the villains sent to planet Salvation during Salvation Run.

His armies invaded Khandaq and murdered the people who rose up against him in rebellion and were innocently slain. Ibac's forces were swiftly destroyed through lightning by the arrival of Black Adam. Ibac would be turned to stone and placed in the city square to all would be oppressors. The stone Ibac would stand until present day.

    Powers

Ibac possesses incredible strength that seems to be almost on par with Captain Marvel, though he is likely not quite as strong. He is also near invulnerable and has superhuman stamina. He can also run at superhuman speeds, at or below 100 miles per hour.
