    Uni-power Hulk's only advantage was Cosmic Manipulation and flight. World Breaker Hulk surpassed Uni-Power Hulk in terms of Speed, Strength, Durability and Healing in the first few moments of existence.

    @Edamame: Because the madder the Hulk gets the stronger he gets and without Bruce Banner's persona to keep his anger down, Mindless Hulk has the potential for unlimited strength due to nothing stopping him from calming down.

    Well the War hulk was able to STOP the Juggernaut. And Maestro Hulk had normal functional strength but was still able for Rage induced enhancements.

    Jugg's force field was down at the time when Thor hit him. Plus, Thor did it with magic not raw strength

    Cosmic Hulk is the strongest. He has gamma and cosmic power.  That's stronger than skaar with gamma and old strong. He ruined Rulk and Abomb like they were toys. Rulk has beaten just about everybody either because he is stronger or because he can drain their power. And Cosmic Hulk just took him to the whipping post

    I think cosmic hulk is stronger than war breaker hulk. Cosmic Hulk beat Rulk who beat silver surfer who was beating war breaker hulk. He also did it like it was nothing.
     
    Yeah to be seen is how strong Thing-hulk is. 
    I imagine Thor-Hulk is pretty beast however he didn't own an injured Rulk even with others helping him yet Cosmic hulk beat Rulk and Abomb combined. 
     
    And just as far as nastiness goes although not the strongest you would think hulk-pool having those skills is down right dirty or spider-hulk having hulk and spider man's radio active strength with spidy sense so that other hulks couldn't hit him is going to be a contender.

    Not counting sillieness like Zombie-Galactus-Hulk (I mean what's next;  Superman-Pitt-Eternity-Beyonder-Oneaboveall-frostedsugarbombs-Hulk?), I think it comes down to Maestro and World-breaker Hulk.   
     
    An above post stated that the Maestro has a base-strength enabling him to lift 200 tons.  I've read that in the OHOTMU.  The poster also stated World-breaker Hulk has a base-strength level of  being able to lift 400 tons.  Has this actually been stated or listed anywhere officially or in canon?   World-breaker Hulk is strong and could conceivably get there, but having  400 ton base-level  strength is BS.

    i believe that the World Breaker HUlk is the highest level of anger and strenght he cand become on his own...i mean i can think of anything that will enraged him even more...even his body has a limit...and i believe he reached it at the end of WWH #5 when he unleashed everything he got in a way a mindless hulk never could because if you dont understant anything you cant get mad at anything so for me mindless hulk has the lowest potential of strenght of all the incarnations of the hulk.Maestro in my opinion never will and simply cant show that kind of anger as he doesnt care about anything...whereas Green Scar fought for his people and friends.The only other version of him who can surpass something like that is war hulk because with the celestial technology he could potentialy reach the infinitive strenght without the anger factor which has his limits.I dont consider what ifs version of the hulk as they are not canon.
