Well, Maestro regenerated from a pile of ashes so anything is possible.

    Yes, he could.

Maestro regenerated from nothing but ash and a few bones (The Incredible Hulk #460).

Also, he healed from brain stem when it was completely severed.

I think in Hulk: The End he endured worse than decapitation and repeatedly came out the other side alive and kicking.

If the Sabretooth logic applies where you just need to put the head near to the neck to re-attach it, then I'd say yes.

    If not...So Long Hulky.

I doubt they could even find a blade sharp enough in the first place.

If you mean, do I think he'd heal and be ready for round two? Probably. Hulk's main power is the whole angrier = stronger schtick. His other, lesser known superpower, is survivability: When tossed into space with no oxygen, and obviously, in a vaccuum with no protective gear, he still managed to adapt, survive, and fight with little to no issue almost instantaneously. In the aforementioned 'End' comic, he survived over 200 years past a human lifespan, surviving only on radiation, overgrown and irradiated roaches, and even the death of Banner.

So if his head was to be removed somehow, I predict either his body would regrow a head, or more likely, his head would regrow a body. In the Ultimate Universe, a similar occurrence happened to Wolverine: He was separated from his body, but his head was perfectly fine. He wasn't just conscious, he was talking, processing information, etc, perfectly fine save the lack of body. Given that Hulk's healing factor is occasionally shown to be stronger than Wolverine's (given both fluctuate depending on the writer, that's regularly inconsistent) he should be able to match that feat, and surpass it. Provided he doesn't transform into Bruce Banner post head removal.
