should she still be a hero or join scott's rebellion team to get a more darker age
Hope Summers
Character » Hope Summers appears in 1423 issues.
The first mutant born after M-Day, Hope Summers is believed to either be the mutant messiah or the harbinger of death for humanity. She is an Omega-level mutant power manipulator and possesses a connection to the Phoenix Force.
whats next for hope.....
I would like to see her join Cable but I just don't see him making her a fugitive again. In the short term I think Wolverine will want her in school but we all know Cyclops is going to get free sooner or later and she could join up with him being the good soldier that she is. If that does not happen I would like to see some more character development maybe even have her make a few friends.
Cable should flush her down a toilet once they meet. With the mutants back and the resident red-head back from the past, she no longer has a valid reason to exist. She was a waste of space anyways.
she was cool as the white phoenix before it got sent away....but it does make her look more and more like a jean grey rip off
the only reason i liked hope because i thought she was jean reincarnated......i dont think i want to buy marvel comics anymore
@AgeofHurricane
:
Like most jean xerox copies she well be shuffled off into the background since she has nothing else to offer and since she had little to start with good riddance.
In the future of Uncanny X-Force Hope works with Cable and DP as a member. Don't see her much but her name was mentioned.
@Dernman: yeah she needs a new purpose but i think marvel likes using her to annoy jean grey fans and the people who dont like her
I'm looking forward to the six second war where the "mutant messiah" ironically screws the mutant population over. But that storyline won't be touch upon anytime soon of course.
That would be interesting but if Marvel went down that path they would be commiting themselves to a very dark world where mutants are rounded up and put into permanent prison camps. While Marvel like to be edgey, I just dont see them going quite that far down the dark path.I'm looking forward to the six second war where the "mutant messiah" ironically screws the mutant population over. I don't see them going all the way through with it either. I imagine they have something like Wanda stopping her which would bring the Yin/Yang theme between them to full circle. That would redeem Wanda in my eyes.
i know what happens she just wants to be a kid but who knows she could just be lying and be the mole for scott's secret team
I find the fact that the one person responsible for the return of mutants is left on her own considering all the hate towards mutants this is a hugh fail on marvels part. With that in mind I would love to she her beat near to death and have all the responsible adults deal with the fact the left a teenage girl alone in a world that hates mutants.
