Hit-Monkey
Character » Hit-Monkey appears in 77 issues.
A simian hit-man, seeking to avenge the deaths of his tribe members using skills he learned from the world's greatest assassin. He has a movie based on him in-universe. He also likes to shoot Deadpool. Sweet foot-shooting action!
should Hitman monkey be a recurring character in deadpool?
Well think... maybe i need to see deadpo 20 to see how they are together but thinking about it you give a normal person and monkey and crazy sh!t happens give deadpool a monkey ... god help us.
Hitman Monkey is being marketed as his own character. He'll probably be recurring, but not exclusive to Deadpool seeing as how following his first appearance in Deadpool #20 he's supposedly supposed to be making an appearance in Amazing Spider-Man. In short; they're not giving Deadpool a monkey, he's his own character. One that I'm convinced Marvel stole. B*st*rds." Well think... maybe i need to see deadpo 20 to see how they are together but thinking about it you give a normal person and monkey and crazy sh!t happens give deadpool a monkey ... god help us. "
I think it would be a bit wiser to have him as a recurring character in Deadpool and see how fans take a liking to him before giving him his own series. but hey. marvel may have confidence in this one. i can't wait to check it out.
I think he'd be a better recurring character, imagine Hit-Monkey facing off against people like The Punisher or Daredevil. There are a lot of cool ideas you can use with this character.
In the Punisher one, him and Punisher could team-up after they find out they both have the same goals.
In the Daredevil one, Bullseye can be scared shit-less after finding out Hit-Monkey is out to get him and begs to Daredevil to keep him alive.
If detective chimp can be a major character in DC's major cross-overs, then I see no reason why hit-monkey can't be a reoccurring character in Deadpool.

hitmonkey is a weird but ok id i wanted to hate it but the issues i have seen him in are ok would happily read more
im alright with anything as long as they do something with it.
outside of his Digital Mini, i didnt feel like they did alot with him.
He was there, Deadpool was afraid of him, Hitmonkey didnt really
live up to his name, or do anything really interesting or cool and
everyone went home happy. at least the characters involved in
Marvel Apes had a story going on, this was sort of just there to be
there.
