    Created by Peter Milligan and Jamie Hewlett, Hewligan appears in Hewligan's Haircut in the pages of weekly British anthology comic 2000AD.

    Hewligan's hair has a hole in the middle, caused by N.H.S. Plastic Scissors. His hair works as a sigil (Magick Symbol) to put reality guardians, also known as 'Zonal Frequency Modulators', to sleep. If the Zonal Frequency Modulators are asleep, realities blur and mix into each other.
