    A 6-issue sequence of self-contained stories by different artists begins with the claustrophobic terror of "Locked." Imagine a room that was irrevocably stained by the acts of bottomless evil that transpired within it, a room that was so impregnated with hate and death that anyone who entered would struggle not to succumb to its power. Now imagine John Constantine locked in that room with the man who committed those atrocities in the first place. The only way out is for one of them to crack.

    This is the first issue of what was supposed to be 6-self contained stories where Warren Ellis explores Horror humans make Verses Magick and the reality of it.      In this issue John Constantine is locked in a room with a man who so consumed by hate that the energy he emits releases the madness in common peoples minds and if they don't kill themselves the Man in the Room will.  The arc before this one ,Warren Ellis' Haunted arc, John is Haunted by the life of magic that he chose.  I...
