So this has been buging me.. during Dark Reing, Hawkeye was hell bent on stopping Osborn form turning the world upside down. This led to a short argument with Spidey because he realised how complicaced. After that they gained a mutual respect for each other. But in the Heroic Age, Hawkeye act like a jerk/troll to him?!

    Can anyone clarify this?

@darksider555: It really all depends on the writer. If you are a new writer and all you know about Clint is that he was a rebel and does his own thing like wolverine. Then you will right him as a jerk. I am a avid fan of Jim McCann's work with Reunion mini, Hawkeye & Mockingbird, part of Widowmaker and Blindspot. This is a writer who was a fan and payed attention to everything Hawkeye has been through.

It's the same principle for any writer and any character.

Yup that's why I don't dig the current series cause Jim Mccann was awsome he knew how to write Hawkeye he just doesn't have the name value like Fraction to keep a series going
