    I was reading through the Civil War again and in the the aftermath i notice that Tony Stark chose Hawkeye to carry on the mantle of Captain America over Bucky after Steve's death Now is this because Tony isnt aware who Bucky was at the time or is this b/c overall Clint would make a better Captain America?.

    While I believe that Bucky's skills are overrated often I do think he makes a better Cap than Clint but I don't think Tony was aware of Bucky's return at the time but I could be wrong
