    Hailing from the war-like world of Khundia, the youthful Harlak left his people to travel to the Sorcerer's World. He hoped to become a respected wizard and became an apprentice under Mysa Nal, the former Legionnaire known as the White Witch. During the Magic Wars, he was the last magician on the planet to stand alongside the Legionnaires.
