Green Lantern: First Flight finds Hal Jordan recruited to join the Green Lantern Corps and placed under the supervision of respected senior Lantern Sinestro. The earthling soon discovers his mentor is actually the central figure in a secret conspiracy that threatens the philosophies, traditions and hierarchy of the entire Green Lantern Corps. Hal is one of my faves, I hope this does well. I really wanted to like Frontier but I just couldn't get into it.

Bruce Timm? Then GL is in good hands.

I give my word I will be giving this as much coverage as possible.  I've already expressed to my contact that I am a huge GL fan and what to do as much with this as we can.  I'm assuming there'll be stuff at San Diego Comic Con as well. 

This is also another reason to buy the Wonder Woman DVD that comes out this Tuesday.  It's supposed to have a first look.

Thats cool. I was kinda hoping for another character besides Green Lantern, but thats alright.

I'm hoping we'll see the coprs and Kyle, Guy and John!

Let's hope he comes up creating some practical stuff with that ring of his, i'm tired to read people praising him when he just creates Boxing Gloves, Water Buckets and a single green beam. It is about time to create Kyle Rayner-like stuff dammit!

It never ceases to amaze me that Warner animation stays 3 steps ahead of Warner's billion-dollar studios when it comes to getting the job done with DCs characters.

GOD DAMN! Lauren Montgomery is directing again? Where the hell does she find the time to do that. Anyway, I've been waiting for this movie forever. I knew it was coming out for awhile but people didn't believe me. Does anyone know if this movie has Hal Jordan right after Justice League New Frontier? This could easily be in the same continuity.

They all seem to be of their own continuity.  My guess is no.  Here's the official blurb (which I just added to the first post also):

What happened with the Judas Contract adaptation?

I would perfer them they do it the way Batman: Gotham Knight was done meaning it take place in between two movies but still its always good to see a good animated Green Lantern Movie.

It's more simplistic to draw some figure that nearly resembles the comic self rather than having to choose someone who could possibly fit the image in real life and make the fans happy

Hard-Core fans always spoil things up, that's why most people declare a jihad when they see some actor playing a certain role... Movies are made for the sole purpose to entertain the masses, not a bunch of fanboys who will probably not even like it."
