He later on went to creating his own power ring from his own will power. Through sheer will power and determination, Hal has established an impressive record of heroism across the galaxy with the help of his fellow Green Lanterns as well as his peers in the Justice League.

    Hi, I'm trying to catch up with DC and I have no idea of what's going on in the GL series

    all I know is that here is this war going on between the 9 lanters and this guy relic but I don't know when did this started, so when does this saga begins? is it in Green lantern 21?

    It's around that but only in green lanter new guardians.Green Lantern Corps an Green Lantern give more information in the issue 23.

    The event itself starts in GL 24 and continues on GLC 24 both are on shelves right now
