I was a little skeptical when I first heard about DC's Wednesday Comics.  But the more I see, the more excited I get.  I like these little quick shots at the heroes by different creators.  It gives them a chance to add their touch to the characters where they probably wouldn't necessarily get a chance if there's already a firm team working on the characters' book.

DC's The Source posted this peak at Green Lantern by Kurt Busiek and Joe Quinones.  Looks pretty cool.

Really killer art your kidding right it looks bad the story has a good writer but a bad artist.

I like the combination of the art with the inking and coloring.  I think it adds a different feel.  It didn't knock my socks off but I wouldn't say it was "bad."  I think it almost has a retro/Silver Age feel to it.

DC is So gay

So, this an over-sized comic; different characters and creative team every week for a shorter time than 52, Countdown and Trinity - it might just work...

But not if it's $3.99. I get more comics from the newspaper that's $1.75 or $2.00.
