Groot sends 16 bodies (there are probably more, that's just all that is visible) very high into the air with one swing of his arm.
Groot slams Gorgon into the ceiling with ease.
Groot is able to hit Magus hard enough to hurt him. Magus destroys Groot's arm, but it regrows very quickly.

Groot is able to shoot a Badoon space ship from a long range. The space ship is moving at very fast speeds. In the scans before, it is able to catch up with Rocket and Groot's ship and destroy it (which is why they are out of their ship). This shot is very impressive because Groot is moving at high speeds with his rocket pack and the ship is moving at high speeds. A very impressive show of sniping. His gun is also powerful enough to blow up the ship.
Groot's Intelligence
Groot is reduced to saying very few words but "I am Groot" because as his species age, the organs become stiff and inflexible, and only allow a few phrases to be understood. His language can be translated by those who can detect the sigh of breeze beneath his voice. Rocket eventually learns to understand Groot. It also turns out that Groot has received one of the best educations in the Galaxy because of his "royal status".
Fun Fact!
Groot and Rocket Raccoon are loaded from merchandise that uses their names and images sold across the universe.
Awesome. Now what remains to be seen is how well Mr. Diesel will portray the character on the big-screen.
@tparks: is there more... Groot has always interested me
I have quite a bit more to add, I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm waiting until my copy of "Rocket & Groot: Steal the Galaxy" shows up in the mail, so I can use scans from that as well. I'll let you know when I update it. :)

need to update... pretty plz
1) My only doubt is about is intelligence :) yes, I've readed all the story of the GoG of the scans above, but my concern is that all that explanation about Groot intelligence came from Maximus THE MAD, so that may be only a colossal joke of Maximus :) I hope they will show a confirmation of his intelligence in future series :)
2) I'm waiting to see what upgrade Groot receive after the Black Vortex :)
