As the months go by, more and more members of the Guardians of the Galaxy are getting their own solo books, and while we already know about Groot's new book, Declan Shalvey did reveal his cover, with colors from Jordie Bellaire, for the upcoming second issue of the series, on his Tumblr, which hits stores on July 1. Groot is kinda hard to spot on this cover. He fits in so well he is basically just another one of the random characters lined up here.

In Guardians 3000, Geena Drake has no problem understanding and communicating with Groot.

Point is, there's ways to translate for Groot and keep things interesting, and you can bet there will be the other Guardians, too. Perhaps not at the start of the series but later on for sure.

You make excellent points about Groot's "speech". Nice point about Geena understanding him, & I loved his conversation & scientific interchange with Maximus in GOTG, with Maximus understanding him perfectly and recognizing Groot was a genius. Finding interesting ways of translation shouldn't be difficult for a good creative team, & as you said the other Guardians are bound to show up at some point, esp. Rocket. Sometimes motions, expressions & etc. can speak louder and clearer than words.

Some faces are funny like Black Widow with there is a dude on fire next to me and nobody is doing nothing to help him and i am also ingore it face or I am so dark and mysterious Rogue or Magik who is looking to the sky or Tempus with i always get bad hair on picture day or Hawkeye being left behind because of some other more popular characther.
