    Seem so bad

The twisted and demented version of this journey through Wonderland continues here as Alice gets some answers but a lot more questions about her journey through Wonderland.  The Walrus who seemed at first to be an enemy reveals himself to be a friend of sort and explains how he got to Wonderland (which does a nice job by incorporating in a different source of literature by paying homage to Robinson Crusoe).  As he is the friend of the Carpenter it is not surprising that the two meet eventually but as readers of the rest of the Wonderland series know, the Carpenter is no one’s friend.  This sets up a pretty fun fight sequence and also sets up the action to follow as well.  The series still struggles to find its own place among the overall Wonderland stories as it is being told in retrospect, but at least it does so in a fun and entertaining way.
