You somehow manage to come across Hal Jordans ring and Lantern, you have enough willpower to make them work, question is, what do you do?

Me? that would be easy, some people would say "i'd save the world!" and that's what i'm going to say too but with my own added pinch of reality, i would be rogue, i wouldn't go around cousing or looking for trouble or anything, but if someone started with me, i wouldn't hold back, and i would brake into the occansional Subway now and then to get a melt mmmm, but to be fair, i would help people and i would do my best to solve the worlds problems, but if the goverment were trying to kill me, then i would take over the govermant, i meen come on! who could stop me?

What would I do? Reap my unholy vengeance and make myself set for life. I'll get rid of every dumbass on the face of the earth.

to be perfectly honest, i'd leave earth...

after seeing this planet, and what 'humanity' has to offer... i don't believe it deserves a 'protector' like a Green Lantern.

i'd do exactly what Kyle did, i'd leave earth, and try and find a planet out there that actually deserved to be protected

I'd kill off every troll/idiot there has ever been........get rid of world hunger......kill a few dictators.....get rid of that Pine Beetle problem......somehow get rid of all the greehouse gases......kill a few more idiots.....destroy Jehova's Witnesses (freaking hate those people).....go around and kill a few more idiots.....ruin Jack Thompson's life and then torture him until he dies from blood loss (maybe I'll do that without the ring.....)........and then I'd probably leave Earth. Go see what the cosmos has to offer.

Well i would go to New York and get a job in the cosmipolitan magazine, because it's been my dream sinc.... okay i'm joking but i would probably take over earth and make it my own, i would treat everyone the same, no better, no worse, that way there would be no racism and discrimination or reginism or any other form of 'tion or ism' on this earth and then i would leave, come back in ten years time to check up on it.

then i give it to spidy cause he puts everyone else first then himself. And he has alot of willpower to keep on fighting after taking so much damage.

Other choices.....

Captain America, Colossus (he seems to be very honourable), Silver Surfer (he would then become the most dangerous person in existance. Well, outside of cosmics....).

And, forgive me, I think that Samus would be pretty good and could use it properly 9I always seem to drag Samus into everything. Sorry).

i know mines a weird choice, but i'd give it to Xander from Buffy comics...

he's already shown impressive amounts of Willpower and imagination...

he's definitely fearless and willing to put his own life on the line for other people

I would probably try and hide the fact that I had it from everyone except my immediate family and BEST friends. I would want to go into space and explore but I would probably be scared to go too far because I would be paranoid that the rings charge would go out and I would be in space and die instantly. I would try and use the ring for good (I would wear a disguise), but how far do you go? I wouldn't want to start killing people (even "bad" guys).

Hulk would be TERRIBLE with a Ring.

Banner, on the other hand, would be pretty good. He's a genius, and with his fractured psyche his constructs would all be different Hulks. Imagine what he could do!

taking the battery with you isn't a huge problem, do what Kyle and John (i know those two definitely do it, dunno how Guy and Hal do it) do, they hide the Battery in a 'subspace' pocket, so it can be summoned by the ring whenever, or whereever you need it

I say Banner would be great. Will him being halfways insane, he's bound to have a good imagination. I don't think he fears much-in fact, I bet he would welcome death as a reprieve from the Hulk (insert smart@$$ comment right about.....now). I figure he's somewhat honourable.

the problems with having Scientists use the ring is that while they do have a good imagination, they automatically doubt themselves when they are trying to do something that they know is impossible...
