The power of BRIGHTEST DAY surges through EMERALD WARRIORS as Guy Gardner, Kilowog, Arisia and Red Lantern Bleez travel to Odym to pay the Blue Lantern Corps a visit. What is the purpose of this venture – and what does Brother Warth want with Gardner?

Odym: Guy Gardner has been ambushed by Bleeze, who in her Red Lantern rage can only say partial phrases like, "Stay away from Blue". Kilowag and Arias are then as backup while Wrath just watches. Bleeze fights the 3 Green Lanterns to a stand still and Wrath finally steps in. Wraith uses his Blue Power Ring to calm Bleeze's rage long enough for her to relay her message, powerful forces are gathering in the Unknown Sector and will need his Red Lantern Powers inside him.

Space Sector 1768, Planet Daxam: Sodom Yat awakens to learn he is back on his home planet of Draxam. He is being hunted by his father and other Daxamen so they can put him back in the sun so the Daxamen can have powers again.

Unknown Sector, Planet Kralox: Zardor meets with Krona and shows him his plan to use the telepathy's powers he is siphoning to manipulate the Green Lantern Corp to his whims.

Odym: Guy decides not to have Wrath cleanse him of the Red Lantern hold on him. He decides Bleeze should come with him, Kilowag and Arias to the Unknown Sector to find these forces that have been gathering and stealing the Green Lanterns Power Ring's power. Unknown to Arias and Kilowag, Guy and Bleeze that Sodam Yat maybe the cause of the draining and plan on eliminating him.

While Guy struggles to keep the Red Lantern residue repressed, Sodam Yat awakens on Daxam to find an entire cult's formed to worship him.  The Good I can't tell you how glad I am to see Sodam Yat back in the fold. He was my favorite character in Green Lantern Corps and I was really disappointed when he sat on Blackest Night. Now that he's back, I think it's brilliantaly paradoxical position to put him as an exile-turned-messiah. Actually, I think Tomasi does an especially good job of handling...

Green Lantern: Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald Versions 0

The Good: Warth is my new favorite character. Not only does he offer tea and peace, he even faceplalms when Kilowog and Arisa attack Bleez. I sweat to god that image has incredible meme potential. Bleez is also my new favorite character. Is it strange that I just want to give her a hug? This is mostly due to me remembering her backstory in Tales of the Corps back at the start of Blackest Night, and I wanted to give her a hug then. But now, she's also seriously badass. And he skeletal wings that ...

    Rage + Will + Hope = CHAOS!!! 0

Story: The issue starts right where the last issue left us. Bleez has got a grip on Guy and she is telling him to stay away from blue. Kilowog and Arisia blast her with both of their green lantern rings. Bleez fights back agains all three of them. Guy captures Bleez in a chain ball and swings her around but she breaks out of it with her rage. Warth grabs Bleez by the throat and removes the boiling blood from her throat so she can talk. Bleez shouts out that Guy should not rid himself of the rage...
