    The Sky is Falling 0

    With the close of Blackest Night in the Green Lantern title, it certainly delivers, as it has throughout it's pretty amazing run.  Geoff Johns is at top form, as he has been throughout writing a brilliant script and Doug Mahnke has some pretty amazing art to showcase thanks to that.  Some pretty cool action involving John Stewart is showcased, even though Hal get's the Green Lantern Bubble.  But for the most part, as seen by the cover, this is Sinestro's issue.   The Good  (ish)SinestroI was act...

    Building on the lead from Blackest Night #7, this issue is exactly where the story arc needed to go.  Even with Sinestro in charge of the power of the the white light, the momentum is still in the hands of the Black Lanterns as they mount a final assault on all life.  The real fun here though is not the resolution of this battle, but rather the resolution of the threat posed by Xanshi.  A strike team of Lanterns head off for the planet trying to find a way to stop it, otherwise all life on Earth...

    Propaganda of the Nearly Religious Variety 0

     Sinestro = The White Lantern. We learn history of the universe beginning on Earth. We get to see all of the emotional entities. Sinestro gets momentarily chopped in half. This comic just kind of comes off as christian propaganda (I could really expand on this, but I’ll leave it as is).  You have all of the demigods of the White Lantern entity with the emotional spectrum entities.  Basically, only the first three that were revealed are anywhere near original.  Ion, Parallax, and the White Lanter...
