SummarySimon Baz, having now cleared his name to Agent Fed, sets off to locate Sinestro’s old Lantern Battery, with B’dg in toe. As the story progresses B’dg begins to teach Baz how to use his ring and be a lantern, which leads to Simon attempting the greatest feat of will power in the history of the Corps. The issue ends with Sinestro and Hal in the dark world, and the reveal of the hooded figure’s identity. What I liked· The reveal: The figure beneath the cloak was actually a cool reveal. I com...

I have faith in this Lantern 0

Simon Baz: the Fifth human Green Lantern: has started his introduction to the DC New 52 with a Bang, he had few troubles in the beginning with the Law and the JL, but he has made full amends with his sister in a Huge way. I'm going to leave it at that must read to understand what he does, we also know happens when Lanterns are done charging their ring because they don't carry them in battle or leave them behind for them to get stolen. We also get the full message of both Hal and Sinestro unscramb...

The Straw That Broke the Fanbase's Back 0

He does something no other Green Lantern has done before, and it seems a little like a forced plot element to try and make us accept Simon, making him seem better, but let's take a closer look at this, without saying exactly what he did. Not Easy Being Green 0

This issue we moved forward a little with Simon, and he finally takes the steps to become a Green Lantern. The problem is, to see that you have to read Green Lantern Corps. As much as I enjoyed this issue, towards the end it felt like an advertisement for that book. Thanks to the events of the last issue Simon Baz is able to prove to Agent Fed that he is innocent. Unfortunately for him all of his proof went up in smoke. A flying squirrel Green Lantern named B'DG shows up, and starts to teach Baz ...

Issue #16 of Green Lantern makes great strides to forward Simon's story. Nice to see he is not just another Green Lantern, but that there is something extra-special about him. B'dg is awesome (I know, right?) and look who's Hal and Sinestro's host! Please check my mini-review here:http://bit.ly/T7T5nhComments and feedback are always welcome!...
