Synopsis
"It is told that, long ago, the Sultan died, and his son, Prince Ibn Rayner, inherited the throne..."
So begins the incredible tale that blends the modern myths of Green Lantern with the ancient legends of The Arabian Nights, as the beautiful Scheherazade tells fantastical stories of a magic lamp, a jade-colored genie, and their owner, Al Jhor Dan.
Plot
Prince Ibn Rayner's father was killed and since than the Royal Vizier has kept the prince away from any distraction towards his personal happiness, and while this meant the prince was given everything he could desire, it meant that the kingdom was run with an iron and terrible fist, without the prince ever being the wiser. The worse degree from the Vizier was that each night the prince would spend the evening with a new beautiful woman, who was then, without Ibn's knowledge put to death in the morning.
Then one evening Scheherazade found her way into the prince's chamber and told him a wonderful tale of Al Jhor Dan, a simple fisherman who found a genie in a lamp and used it to overthrow a ruthless Sultan. Al Jhor Dan went on to marry the Sultan's daughter, but she died and his kingdom was destroyed and Al Jhor Dan, in a fit of grief destroyed all the other genies. But he is gifted a powerful rind which he used to bring everyone he loved back to life.
This story mimicked Ibn current situation and he overthrows the evil Vizier in his kingdom and regains the love of his people. He marries Scheherazade and learns she is the daughter of Al Jhor Dan.
