Season 3 of arrow scared me away in the second half. I don't think this sleeveless look is translating to live-action well in the image, but perhaps it looks better in motion.

On the other hand, Firestorm's outfit never looked appealing after I said the same thing there.

they said in the legends panel that the first halves of flash and arrow are set up for lot so they'll most likely bring er back and have them team up

All aboard the hype train! This new suit looks so cool. For some reason the old suit always made him look short to me. I dunno, maybe it was somethingwith how the leather stretched out... or something. That sounded better in my head. Anyways, this really looks like a suit I can see him brawling in hardcore. It looks like they took some cues from Injustice designs

I haven't been watching Arrow, but during the last Arrow/Flash crossover didn't Cisco give Oliver a new upgraded suit. If so is this it or has he already been wearing it?

I don't really like the uncovered skin, but the shoulderpads are ok.

The straps on the shoulder pads is the only thing that looks kind of dumb to me.

Looking at the screen shot that's used on the video, it just reminded me how looooong they went on with that whole stupid "oh no is he really turning into an evil assassin, gosh I hope he isn't really brainwashed" thing.

I like it, it's a marked improvement over his first costume.

I feel since they'll be going up against more meta-humans or dangerous psychopaths he'll need new armor. If they brought in Deathbolt and are expanding on how meta-humans are being made I am interested to see who they will bring in next.

If they make a Green Arrow movie, that needs to be the costume.

Just saw this, I don't like the whole sleeveless thing. I do however kind of like the armoured look.

I think there needs to be an episode where Oliver doesn't have his suit or equipment, and the only thing around is a store that has an Long Bow and Robin Hood getup.

While this is a bit late, I don't think the suit is bad, but that whole sleeveless thing just doesn't look good at all. It works in the Comics, but doesn't usually translate well to live action or cosplay, where it just looks weird.
