Fast Forward At Triple Speed! 2

Sigh. Look, it's better than the Green Lantern banner because I get the point of this one. It's not hyping a movie that didn't need extra hype, and its for a good cause. But it doesn't change the fact that the "We Can Be Heroes" banner is a huge detriment to the covers its on. This one isn't TOO destructive because the blue banner matches the blue sky a bit, but still. It makes the cover feel squished. So, lets start with the good. I'm two issues behind on Green Arrow, but this is a perfect jumpi...

    The New 52's first re-reboot 7

While I wouldn't call this issue rushed, I will say that its a decent opener and jumping-on point. I'm willing to consider this a far better approach than JT Krul's abortive opening and the lackluster Keith Giffin run. Harvey Tolibao delivers some good art and Ann Nocenti manages to clean up the cheesy dialogue even if the plot seems to be going a little too fast. What's even more intriguing is the fact that they have a weapons consultant, wonder if the micro-arrows were his idea. I guess the ve...

    I'm Fuzzy and Overwhelmed 0

Ok, as you may know we get a new team working on this, hoping is better than last one.I'm very used to read with the rhythm of the comic, (for example if is suspense I read slow) and this really made me read fast, so fast I get fuzzy; the things just happened incredibly fast, making them look like almost random; I think is for attracting attention (many of us were going to drop it if this issue didn't get better), I hope they slow down a bit for next issue they are carrying a good story but they...

    Heartbreaking 1

Well I was afraid that this would happen. Are you people happy? Is this what you wanted? All you people who, for reasons I cannot begin to comprehend, complained about this, what was up until now one of my favorite weekly comics, the highlight of my month, I so hope your satisfied. This issue wouldn't bother me if it wasn't Green Arrow, but as is, it's total garbage. Everything I loved about the previous issues is gone. Here we get Ollie talking to himself for no reason, no humorous wit that was...

    Green arrrow Nnnoooooo!!!!! 0

This book basically took everything that Jurgens, Krul, and Griffen had done, and thrown it away. The characters Jax and Naomi are almost non-existent, and GA is talking to himself like he has no friends. Not to mention the whole story arc about him trying to balance GA between his Oliver Queen life seems all for nothing. Near the end of JT Kruls run, it seemed like Oliver was finally starting to focus on his work at Q-core. But in this book, he suddenly doesn't care anymore and makes everyo...
