Green Arrow thinks you like Torture Porn! 0

Green arrow continues to be a brainless book. This issue we are finely treated to so social commentary and it's "We should stop watching torture porn" as if that is what the internet's about... isn't your audience those buying these books on the internet. Can't say much about the fighting because no one would care. The lack code names is a dumb move, but I'll let that slip as well...What I won't let slip is this stupid whining CEO that is in charge of Queen Industries... the dude is in charge of...

Bring On The New Creative Team!! 1

The Story: Green Arrow fights Rush while millions of viewers watch online.  My Thoughts:So far I have been completely disappointed with this series for so many reasons. I had no hopes this issue would get any better and it sure didn't. DC really needs to get that new creative team on this series immediately. J.T. Krul is not doing Green Arrow's character justice. The whole issue centers around Green Arrow's fight with a guy named Rush. It's made to seem like it's some sort of epic showdown when ...

    Growing Green 5

This current Green Arrow series has been okay for me while others have said that it is unreadable. I still like it but having a new creative team would be great.  THE GOOD: I like the art. Dan Jurgens is a good artist but George Perez's inking kinda takes over the art and makes it look like it's his own work. The story is simple but I still think that it's good. We have people who like killing people on cameras getting ready to kill Green Arrow, however he is going to fight back. I also like see...

This is what we all wish we could do to the cast of Jersey Shore. 0

Holy hell this comic is freaking badass! I'll admit that while I found the second issue enjoyable, it wasn't anything special and the only reason I picked this one up was because it promised to feature Black Canary, (a promise it failed to follow up on but we'll get to that later) But my god was I pleasantly surprised when I read this one. Green Arrow is lured into a trap by a group of super villains led by a guy named Rush who have gained celebrity status by posting their violent crimes on yout...

    The Path to Forgiveness 0

The Good: Hmmm. There's actually some interesting experimentation with panel layouts. It works pretty well when implemented, I must give credit for that. Rush builds up the tension in the beginning of the issue well when he calls out to his fans across the internet. Is Green Arrow beating the shit out of superpowered Jersey Shore boring yet? Nope! And they call them out on it brilliantly. The villains are all so thick headed about the 'success' of 3 million viewers. No matter how many people rea...

    I Forget 0

I'm doing this review about a month after I read issues 1-6 and to be completely honest I remembered nothing about this issue. It was so unremarkable that I had forgotten everything and had to refresh my memory before I could do this review. It's honestly beginning to get rough to care about this Green Arrow and I would again only borrow it if you could....
