    After the first Grasshopper's death, Neil Shelton, another Roxxon security guard, gained the suit. Neil Shelton is the long lost brother of the original Grasshopper's ally Cindy Shelton. He patrolled the outside of Roxxon when Killer Shrike came to steal 'Project Z'. Grasshopper defeated him and Cindy Shelton appeared. Cindy asked if he would go to dinner with her. Grasshopper quickly 'Maximum Jumped' into the air. He accidentally jumped into space and died.
