    This issue focuses on Batmans supporting cast. Vikki Vale and Leslie Thompson are back in town, there are also stories with Harvey Bullock and the Spoiler. I have always liked issues and series that end up showing us more of what makes the support characters tick, giving us a different perspective on the world the hero inhabits.   Now this book does suffer from the same thing a lot of anthology books suffer from, and that is uneveness.
