What if Godzilla went up against a swarm of Xenomorphs?

Godzilla: Atomic Breath, Almost unpiercable thick skin, 150 meters tall, can annihilate cities.

Aliens: can make hybrids of any species, including Godzilla. What if they lay an egg in Godzilla and a new GodzillaXenomorph hybrid emerges?

Who would win?

@shadowswine54: Not gonna work on Godzilla unless you splice his DNA. A facehugger isn't going to do sh+t to Godzilla. And even if you made a xenomorph version of Godzilla it would be far weaker since it's blood would be diluted.
