    REINSTATED: Part Two

    ENOUGH TALK - It's time to save the world. In the second installment of this four-part story arc, G.I.JOE of old meets the new recruits - for the first time giving the team standardized, entry level TROOPERS. GUNG-HO, STALKER, SNAKE-EYES and SCARLETT are sent with a small squadron to ZARTAN'S DREADNOK compound to capture the COBRA hierarchy before they start their evil plan. What the Joes don't know is that it's already too late. Meanwhile, on the Cobra front, tempers flare and troops are on edge as DESTRO forces his way into the seat of power.
