gonna try a to make a thread that conforms to the "New" Rule. It sucks but Gambit is heavily underestimated and his speed is ridiculously underrated

If you see the words doubles as it means it has a double effect and i wont be posting it twice

BTW feel free to PM me about questions... if i dont get back to you in a timely matter @god_spawn is extremely knowledgeable on Remy Lebeau

    No Caption Provided

    without further ado

    Speed

This is Remy's best trait hes one of the fastest in street level

dodges bullets and in the middle scan you can see he sees bullets in slow motion

    dodges multi-directional bullets

    No Caption Provided

spidey fires first and Gambit reacts this doubles as an Accuracy feat.

Gambit dodges Iron Man... similar to Spider Man no?

    Striking Power/ Combat Skills

    Striking

Gambit doesn't have allot of feats here but the ones he does have speak volumes

Gambit can charge his staff to hurt people like Tombstone (very very durable)

however Gambit hurting Tombstone with a kick is PIS in an obvious form... take with a grain of salt

im still fuzzy on if this was a real fight or not but Gambit being able to Hurt Wolverine is possible with the above scans)

    Combat Skills

he stalemates Daredevil... personally i think he looked better than Daredevil

here he shows he can match Daken... Doubles As a kinetic charging feats

To be Continued but i will be bunched up until Thursday... dont worry i have allot to show!

He shouldn't really be able to hurt Tombstone with simple kicks.Gambit doesn't have the striking feats to suggest so. IIRC in his last solo series, he didn't really even do much to Tombstone with some charges, which I would think he would need to attack him, but I will have to go back and check. He didn't look any better than Daredevil at all, and he didn't do anything to say he matched Daken. It wasn't really even a fight. He blew up a car behind Daken, which scorched him, when Daken was talking with Malcom. He hit him in the throat with his staff when Daken was trying to seduce him, not attack him. And when Daken finally threw an attack, Gambit got him with a staff blow, and Daken paused and started talking again. Then he even retracted his claws and threw the punch, had his fist caught and charged. Daken ended up knocking out Gambit with a single punch off a distraction and was originally biding his time for Malcom to come back with X-23. It's not really a conclusive fight at all to say Gambit matched him.

I'm not trying to be a buzzkill and I appreciate what you're attempting to do here, but I don't want people getting the wrong ideas here.

Gambit is not well acknowledge here, and he looks IMO like one of those characters who possibly should be an Omega level mutant at full potential; like with the whole New Son Gambit etc...

Good thread. Marvel has crapped on him so much, many of the writers and X-editors admitted to not like the character that no one really cares about him anymore. IMO he is very original. DC does not have a character like him.
