Which the Chicago Police Department tried to recruit super-powered police officers, Dart who was the first of the group to be recruited. Horridus was next to join after Savage Dragon was able to rescue her from her abusive captivity from her parent's basement. Ricochet and Barbaric were instructed to lead the program even though Ricochet was too young to become a police officer. Ricochet was able to help rescue a girl named Rapture from a pimp while Ricochet was feeling a bit down about not being able to join the force.
