As a Talz Foul Moudama is a bit of an unexplained Jedi, the Talz were not first encountered by the Jedi or Republic until the Clone Wars, and yet Foul Moudama exists as a Talz Jedi Knight. He either had an extreme crash course in Jedi training or had somehow joined the jedi order prior to the Talz first encounter with the republic, This is not uncommon with Talz, Mufftak who lived in Mos Eisley lived many years thinking Talz was a derogatory term and did not know it was the name of his species, perhaps Foul was also born on a world aside the moon of Sullust most Talz are born on and grew up off world within the jedi order.
