Zoom wins easily. Because Zoom doesn't actually move at high speeds, so he doesn't HAVE a "top speed". Instead he slows time down. So it doesn't matter how fast the Enterprise can get from point a to point be. IT has to actually TRAVEL there, which means Zoom wins because the Enterprise can't travel when time is effectively stopped.

Zoom barely has to jog as long as he's manipulating his time stream to sufficiently reduce the speed of the world around him enough.

@spawn_123: He can move in a smaller unite than planck second, and a smaller and a smaller time unit, to such a small portion that atoms are standing still to him

@Degalon And Zoom does both, he turned into a timeline giving him the ability to choose how fast and slow he's body is in motion while, he can choose aswell how fast and slow the world is around him

its kinda like a cheat code menu

where you have Player animation timescale

and then there's World Scale timescale

what hunter does, He slows down world scale timescale, then he increased player animation timescale

giving him 0 issues to do anything in a instant in his perspective while time is frozen, he can just speed around like a car or a train on frozen entities which might be hilarious to watch
