Agreed. No offense to Jessica Jones and Blade fans (and I like Blade) but there are multiple characters (i.e. - Rogue, Psylocke, Black Widow, etc.) that would be above them (and several others).

Agreed. I think Wolverine, Storm, and Cyclops the most popular X-Men, but there is no question that Wolverine is THE most popular over all.

there's not really any reason for a list like this to acknowledge that distinction. Regardless of how some X-men fans see it, the character of Jean Grey is still one of the most recognized X-men and a main character in one of the top-selling books.

And in the movies

The lack of Hawkeye is offensive on a personal level and whoever created the list with his absence deserves to be tar and feathered and made to run the streets naked on the hottest day in a desert.

Just look, Hulk rated below Jean Grey and Daredevil !? Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Spider Woman, Black Panther ? Who the hell are these guys ? And Captain Marvel/Ms.Marvel, the Wonder Woman of Marvel comics rated so low !? And where the hell are Reed Richards & Human Torch !?

Edit : They made a top 25 hero list without the Punisher being mentioned at all, let alone being in the top 10 where he belongs. What a joke. Typical IGN.
