They're all pretty equal in terms of popularity, but I'd go with Storm. You could also make a case for Kitty.

Here in the Philippines, it used to be storm, followed closedly by jean, just because of the movies.

Jean became well loved because of sansa stark. She's now number 1

Comic fans also have a lot of love for Kitty Pryde. She's one of those POV characters like Cyclops and Hawkeye that comic fans love, but isn't so interesting or required so much in other mediums.

Yeah, I'd have voted for Kitty if she'd been on the voting list, but after her would definitely be Storm.
