@majestic99: Wow. Gotta admit. These are the best Thor scans I've seen yet.
Hey what are the issues where King Thor invades Earth?

No offense, Majestic, but these are lame feats. Thor goes from hurting Galactus to fighting the likes of Iron Man, Wolverine, and Doombot. F'ng pathetic. Waste of a ink and paper.
Thanks for posting them. The negativity is more aimed at Marvel than you.

- Got a new feat out of Thor: God of Thunder #2 -
Note that Thor at the bottom scan #2 is holding Mjolnir, that is not Thor when he summoned the lightning, that is Thor in present times. Thor summoned the lightning in the Viking era. Just wanted to make sure I gave some context.
where can i read the entire rune king thor comic? the one that start when thor curstomp iron man....

King Thor's saga starts in issue #547 of The Mighty Thor series and it ends in issue #581. The fight between King Thor and Thorbuster Iron Man starts in issue #560 of The Mighty Thor and continues in issue #64 of Iron Man and issue #478 of the Avengers.
What happens next (issue #582 - #587) is the Ragnarok, where Thor becomes Rune King Thor. However, Rune King Thor doesn't fight against Iron Man.

Thanks also, I have not totally Read Rune king.
Am i the only one who thinks that with the way they've boosted Thor's image, Wolverine should not be able to hurt? As in come on! That implies that Wolverine could kill Thor if he catches him by surprise!
Also, i wanted to note that Thor can travel at FTL speeds, but not physically move at them like the Flash (running, eating, reading e.t.c). He can't construct objects at that speed. I still don't understand how that works that he can sense objects moving at FTL, but can't physically move at those speeds himself.

Thor's speed feats are often inconsistant in terms of reflex, so it can definitely be confusing. More often than not, it seems that he doesn't showcase that ability when dealing with those who cannot match that speed. Perhaps because a speed blitzing Thor would be difficult to make a competitive battle take place on panel for ... and the fight would be over too quickly.
Yet it's clear that Mjolnir can travel at unknown speeds well beyond hyperspace - doubling, tripling, and so on. Until even tearing rifts through time & space and teleporting through dimensional barriers. Silver Surfer has even had trouble keeping up pace with a speeding Mjolnir. This factors into Thor's travel or flight speed. His ability to percieve beyond light is well noted, as you said. His awareness of Hermes prescence when all others, including Photon in her light form, could not see him. He also once caught the Greek God of speed.
Mjolnir has been stated on panel as being used to attack or defend at FTL when spinning or swinging it. Though I don't usually reference crossovers, this can be seen in the Marvel/DC where Thor creates the infinity vortex, spinning Mjolnir in time with Flash. Thor has routinely swatted away multiple forms of energy based attacks, or light wavelengths, with his hammer. Even reacting to throw his hammer, to cut off light beams in mid stream before reaching a destination of only a few feet away. Thor has become a blur of motion while carving out large areas of Earth or performing construction on an Asgardian pillar before. He has been seen reacting to a speed blitzing Gladiator on panel - swinging his hammer twice and then ducking aside, during several panels before Glads could travel the span of perhaps 15 feet maybe? The High Evolutionary once tampered with a small sample of Thor's DNA and the result created was - "Zefra" a speedster.
@MzombieX
I know Thor is pretty fast, but most of that speed is completely in the hammer. Mjolnir has crazy speed feats, Thor by himself, not so much :/
Because most of the speed is in the hammer, he is seen going at crazy speeds with it, but mostly traveling speed, not natural speed like the Flash or Superman. He's also shown fast reaction times, but even characters that can't go at lightspeed have shown those as well. That is why he seems to have problems hitting a speeding Pietro by himself without calling down lightning. I've never seen him in a race with any speedster either.
All in all, he's fast at traveling, but not moving naturally like a regular speedster.

True enough. It's difficult to pin down an exact speed for Thor's feats, when he is not using Mjolnir.
As far as natural reflexes go, the mention of him moving "As fast as the lightning he commands!" is a term generally used for a sense of drama.
Since you had brought it up, I just thought I'd take the opportunity to toss out some random feats - for those who might be looking for some reference to speed or wanted to share their own.
With Mjolnir - he can clearly perform feats approaching light or well above FTL. Without Mjolnir - I'd agree he doesn't showcase those kind of feats, in terms of beating a speedster in a foot race, etc.
Although he has tagged speedsters with his bare fists, such as shown in one of the panels above, and been described as moving so fast - opponents barely saw him move.
But just how fast that truly is ... would still be vague.
@14NC3: No, Thor was not in "The Warrior Madness" during that story arc with Galactus & Surfer.
It's actually debateable if Thor has ever entered the "True" Madness. Because The Warrior Madness is incurable. During The Infinity Watch saga, Sif feared that Thor had fallen prey to the madness.
His psyche was clearly fractured and Thor was being driven to a bloodlusted state, by the personification of his madness - the form & vision of a Valkyrie.
Yet once Odin takes a spiritual journey through his son's mind, he discovers the true cause of the illness and helps Thor to confront and destroy it.
If I remember correctly - Odin then goes on to say that there is no cure for the "True Warrior Madness" and that if Thor were to ever be taken by The Warrior Madness -
Odin would have to do everything in his power, to put him down like a sick dog. Because Thor could become a Galactic/Universal threat ... or something along those lines.
@MzombieX: well said. Thor has never entered warrior madness. When Odin thought he had, he said he would have to kill him. Blood and Thunder was all achieved under Thor's own power until he got the power gem.
From what i recall though Thor did go into Warriors Madness against Adam Warlock in his first appearance way back in the day. I think Odin even banished him because of it.
I think the "incurable" aspect was only mentioned in Blood & Thunder.
He also was also stated to be in Warrior's Madness when he fought the Hulk in the Arctic.
Well it's not killing abstracts but....
