spider-man vs spider-soldier?

i noticed in cartoons and other incarnations, osbourne or others seek to gain spidey's powers to create a sort of spider-man super soldier. but i have yet to find an arc or story where it happens. i think it would be cool to see, is there a arc or story like that yet?

The closest thing to this happened in the clone saga and Kaine ended up murdering most of them IIRC. Spidey himself didn't fight many.
