- More avengers are dealt to deal with black operations, rather than focusing on hostile situation that deserve more attention. Heroes can be nothing more than puppets serving under government laws, because it is against the law to prowl freely around without authorization. All unregistered organizations,no matter how good the reason, will be arrested; however, that isn't stopping everyone.
A thin, underground rebellion has formed to work through unbias agendas, stringless from the puppeteer's hands. Like modern Robin Hoods, stolen goods amp them with technological facilitation; what is lacked in numbers is made with treasures. While acknowledging the circumstances and opponents(Villains, Neutrals, or Heroes) they face, nothing will sidetrack them from a humble path. Their mission: to serve the good fight as phantoms, not heroes; myth, not legend.

Enlisting:
- Must be Hero/Neutral alignment
- We are currently accepting only inexperienced or beginner level rpgers. No "Veteran" rpgers will be accepted at the moment. We would like the team to carry newer rpgers as much as possible. All inexperienced rpgers are welcome to some training on a private channel.
- You must be dedicated to Helljumpers and should be able to participate in rpg events as much as possible.
