Eclipse wouldn't hunt someone down and try to kill them. He'd try to bring them to justice, sure, but he wouldn't try to get revenge. Otherwise he would have killed Madros a LONG time ago, dude ruined his life. Still, Eclipse has a lot of power, so if he loses his temper...

if anyone messed with my friends or family. if they killed one of my friends or family. i would trake them to the ends of the galaxy and slaughter them on the spot.......i'll kill anyone for money,candy and/or cheese....i cant get enough of cheese for some reason

Before NeVann was classed a rogue ninja he killed if the mission required it for his village. Then it was to protect his family and teammates with in WAL (though he would still now they just dont know it) But now he kills to kill only to fill his lust for blood.
