This entire set up is to introduce my character into the verse itself on vine. so your actions can influence how i react. and i could be swayed into joining groups if you can talk me in or i could end up being caught and used. so i could end up becoming good or evil.

A strange mutant has popped up in Vancouver, Canada. as a large city wide man hunt is to bring him in. most of the city is locked down but who knows if he will get out. your characters role is to find this mutant, turn him in, kill him or to convince him to join you. While anyone who takes place in this decides to get involved or not their interaction in the city will have an outcome in how this character acts and moves, and thinks.
Though your characters maybe on a hunt for him but others from the government are looking for him as well. some would use him for their own ends. its up to you to decide his fate. for good or for evil
