The World Justice League: International Sanction
"The Age of Arrows" was simply the latest cataclysmic event to befall the people of Earth with little to no sign of reassurance from a hero community apparently at peace with the idea of nations being destroyed or simply taken over. Russia, France, Honor City, Poland, New Jerusalem, and many other historical and fabled landmarks have simply fallen by the wayside while evil continues to emerge victorious. Yet there were those with a steel forged fortitude who continual put their lives on the line in an effort to turn the tide, but they were simply not enough. The trinity Foundation,reincarnated as Trinity Nippon, has fallen. With it many have been left homeless and unattended. When the terrorist and short lived emperor of Nippon,Qasim was defeated and killed by the Gigawatt Juggernaut, the entire empire had been crumbled and evacuated of what people and mutants still survived.
Once the dust had settled he was called by the National bank of Japan and given a locker box key. The former Emperor Mr.Mercury left a parting gift to his one of his closest advisors- Trinity. The routing numbers, bank accounts, and expendable funds of the entire Foundation. The now heavy shouldered Surkit contemplated if it was really what the world needed. Maya Lopez and Shinji Stukazaki both had promising dreams, but in the end the Trinity was their downfall; One was hunted for a questionable morality, the other was destroyed by his own trust in others and blind faith in redemption. Perhaps it was time to do something new. In stead of rebuilding, maybe it was always meant to be an idea to build on.
It starts as a meeting with a few experienced friends, then builds to speaking to a private financial adviser. By the end of three months time he had set up contracts with several of the best construction companies, private space exploration corporations, and freelance geniuses across the world. Another two months later construction was completed.
Finally there would be a group to take on all the threats no one super team or hero could through out the globe, a group of men and women with the preservation of all life past borders and creed, a complete conglomeration of Earths' caped crusaders.

INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS: In the Valley
Code name:The Mirage
Built in the center of the Sahara desert above an oasis, the International headquarters is surrounded by a small technological town, that is only inhabited by a select few technicians and heroes. it is more appropriate to call this town a massive super computer, in that it is the central hub to the Leagues' information and emergency feeds, as well as teleporters, defensive and mobility systems. Through manual control the base shifts it's position every 36 hours through out the Sahara to avoid detection
Base Facts
- Like it's name suggests The Mirage is an ever changing base with mobility. Where it may have been yesterday may not necessarily be where it is today.
- is Only reachable by air or teleportation, (speedsters an acception)
- Is covered by a force shield as well as having frequency scramblers and image distortion technology.
- The base is not open to civilians but any and all government sanctioned individuals are allowed entry, as well as invited heroes and neutrals.
Membership Requirements
- All members will be given a communicator housed in a tooth for loss prevention and tracing. They will be given the new coordinates through them each time the base shifts.
- All members will receive an arm band with our insignia to promote unity within the team and advertise ourselves as a combined force to the world
- All heroes and neutrals seeking certification must swear to uphold the laws of the J.L.I. and always put the needs of the many above those of the few
What the world needs to know
That there will be a group so large that finally like evil, it will be too big to fail. The public needs to see we sit on the fields with them, and should anything happen, we will be only moments notice away from protecting them.
What the world doesn't need to know
From the mountain top
The world needs to know we are there with them at all times, but realistically we can't create order from with in the chaos. That is what The Eye is for. A base located on the dark side of the moon. This base will be the true housing for most of our heroes and can only be breached by teleporters and can only be visited or found via space travel. It is encased in the same technology as The Mirage, but is stationary
(This is a team thread for the newly invented World Justice League. We will be operating out of The Sahara base, The Mirage, and our secret Moon Base, The Eye. but we do not own or run any country. We are a peacekeeping organization for the World who's ready and prepared to take the fight to evil as opposed to waiting for evil to strike. All character interaction is welcome here but to join you must be a hero or neutral or a villain looking to redeem oneself. No godmoding the destruction of established areas but feel free to play up ideas as long as they do not conflict with the golden rule of no godmodding lol)
