The Forgotten Isle(CVNU Location)

There is not much reason to explore the Earth any longer, we have discovered all there is to find. At least that's what most people think, but Professor Donald Anderson disagreed. With the rise of meta humans he realized that it was very possible that someone thing as far fetched as a hidden island was very possible. And thus he went out, searching for the legendary Forgotten Isles. He soon vanished, assumed dead.

Several years later...

An island appeared as if from nowhere off in the middle of North Atlantic Ocean. The world at large reacted with disbelief at this land forgotten by time, and many new explorers met their end attempting to explore it.

Areas:

The Land of Beasts: The Forgotten Isle is an ecosystem populated by a strange mixture of ancient creatures that once roamed the Earth and a large amount of alien beasts of unknown origin. Notably there is a large volcano in the middle of the island, and it too is full of strange monsters that are perfectly acclimated to the climate.

The Ruins of the Balatha: The ruins of the ancient people that ruled the Forgotten Isle. The ruins are covered in carving of an alien landscape and a peoples to match. The technological level in the ruins is also far beyond that of even present day humans. However these same technology is used to defend the ruins and has led to the death of many would be looters.

The Valley of Death: A strange area of an already strange land, this huge valley is full of nothing but bones and a single dark temple that stands atop them. Inside the temple's deep underground complex, there are 3 books, the Book of The Demon which is said to possess the secret of how to summon and control demonic beasts, the Book of Corruption which is said to possess the secret of a force known simply as "corruption" by the ancient builders of the temple, and the Book of Ends which is said to possess the knowledge of the death of all things.

Yes this is basically a Savage Land area, and yes that means there's dinosaurs

You can have your character from this location if you want to use that gimmick. Just know that the Island was invisible until this recent year.

The Balatha are aliens, but most if not all characters should be unaware of that as they are all dead.

Awesome. Loading pictures on CV is a f'n battle. Always. I've found its easier to add them if you switch to Parchment v1 first.

The exaggeratedly extended neck of a Brachiosaurus slowly altered its head skyward, diverting its attention away from its daily consumption of tree top foliage. Distracted by the incoming familiarity of helicopter blades slicing through the air. A contingent of five CIA confiscated choppers landed in pattern expelling a small army of militarily outfitted personnel. Flack jackets, automatic weapons, high caliber rifles and munitions, as well as large crates with unknown contents were are lifted from the helos before they lifted back off. For a moment the men all stood and gazed upon the Ruins of the Balatha. "Proceed." A half mask respirator covering the lower portion of the mans face audibly augmenting the command. Instantly the disciplined soldiers of the Order of Sancta Camisa charged the temple.

As expected the archaic ingenuity of the unrepresented culture was well represented in their methodically crafted puzzles and traps. Throughout the archeological masterpiece all manner of death beset the group. Losing men at every turn. Halting the survivors with his muscular arms extended outwards, the OsC mercenary confidently commanded. "You're up."........

Somersaulting into a crouched position as he landed, planting his fingers on the ground for balance he took in a deep breath. Kissing his cross and firmly planting the earphones of his iphone into place, the Rated R Superstah took on the ruins most challenging trap.

A T-Rex looked up at the cyborg, almost as if it knew of his plans. A laser gun was strapped to it's head, it was also firing.

@Decoy Elite: Hazard allowed himself to be shot and quickly shifted into stun setting as he was giddy at the prospect of a laser toting T-rex. He wanted one right now, but at the moment he is on his back above burnt grass.

@Rumble Man: The T-Rex majestically stomped around, hunting it's prey with the laser mounted on it's head. It was a wondrously strange sight, T-Rex had mastered the laser perfectly. The laser stopped firing as it knelt down to eat it's freshly killed prey.

@Decoy Elite: He smiled as he was stomped by the giant lizard, amazed at its biological capabilities. He was at awe towards its mastery of the photonic arts. The king of dinosaurs had just ascended into godhood by taking the first step above in terms of the evolutionary arms race, Hazard 'played dead' as he was chewed by the beast. Switching his body for a more malleable one so the majestic beast does not break its jaw in the process, now with the consistency if bubble gum.

@Rumble Man: The T-Rex tried to roar in anger as it's mouth was stuck. It lumbered around, it's laser firing wildly, shooting a pterodactyl out of the air.

@Decoy Elite: The little cyborg giggled as the Pterodactyl turns into roast dinosaur, it looks appetizing but is feet is stuck at the back of the jaw.

@Rumble Man: The T-Rex finally slumped over, seemingly beaten. It glared at the ground hatefully as if the Earth itself was at fault for it's loss.

Creed laid in a bed of flowers, knocked out. "Mmmm...Oh Alexandra...Smoochy smooch...Oh hey you brought pizza pops!" He mumbled in his sleep while smiling under his mask. However he finally gasped while opening his eyes "Buh!?" He shouted while looking around. "This isn't my apartment! It's to nice to be my apartment!" No shinola Sherlock! Creed groaned while standing up, looking around at his surrounding. "This just looks like the island I was on like a few issues ago!".

@Decoy Elite: Hazard climbed out of the mouth to sit atop of the creatures head, gently and delicately to avoid permanently damaging the good lizard.

@Rumble Man: The T-Rex was not a Yoshi. It flung it's head around trying to get Hazard off, it's lazy going mad.

@Rumble Man: The T-Rex reacted well eating the flesh, although it's tiny little eyes still seemed to be glaring at the world around it.

@Decoy Elite: Hazard alleyooped off its head and landed between its feet.

@Rumble Man: The T-Rex formulated a perfect plan in it's tiny little dinosaur brain. It used the deadly strategy of trying to sit on Hazard.

@Decoy Elite: Lil' hazard laughs as the dinosaur sits on him, he's loving his new pet already.

@Rumble Man: The T-Rex gives a heavy sigh, as it hears the laugh. It has somehow realized it's beaten.

(Uh, so now you have a laser T-Rex...don't know what you plan on using it for. >.>)
