• Patterned the aesthetics of his chronokinetic armor after Anthony Stark's own infamous suit.
• Achieved combat adequacy under the tutelage of several accomplished bounty hunters, becoming an expert marksman.

• Prior to Mia's arrival, in addition to "catching up," Emilie (along with Abigail) performed a ritual establishing a mental connection between them. Not explicitly telepathic, it generally acts as more of a semi-precise empathetic connection. Among other things, it helps more finely tune each of their instinctive emotional understanding of the other, both in and out of physical presence.
• As a side effect, brief image flashes may be transferred unwittingly between the two. It's not always clear which, but these may be memories or current happenings.
• The next step would have been an attuning ritual directly connecting Abigail and the crimson lance, Gáe Dearg, but they were interrupted before this could get underway.
• Neither of them totally trusts Mia or Sparrow. Although attributing much of her flippant manner to youth, both consider it's difficult to tell all of what else there is. She's a show-off, totally proud to be in service to this Raysh al-Shaytan. Her manner, they determined, could be just as much subtle power play and warning as helpful capability.
• Unaware of Bashir's planned takeover, Emilie plans at least one more stop by the Montessi DaBrickashaw. Prior to Mia's unimpeded arrival - which revealed the location as fully compromised - and the imminent danger, The Brick was seen as an ideal place to begin teaching Abigail for the foreseeable future; these events have forced her to reconsider.

@lichter: Creates "Units" in the form of armored vehicles.

Vehicles come at the cost of her energy output which limits the amounts she can reproduce, she basically has a resource limit but no population limit so she can literally build an army with time.

@miss_america_: Ah, interesting. What happens if she's attacked directly?

@lichter: She has the durability of a battleship despite being human shaped also an ability that reduces damage by 75% and some combat precog.

Other than that she'd probably be forced to retreate (Depending on threat) or have to create remote sentries of varying fire power to defeat said foes.

She'd be okay in beating people like Ironman head on but she's screwed if facing someone like Superman who can blitz past all her defenses and attack her faster then she can do anything.

Relationship to other Characters.

• Considers himself something of a father figure to Elle, but knows he's not suited to that sort of thing.
• Used to be in a small sub-group of the League with Vincent Harrow while the latter was still in the League. One member of said group died in the interim, and the other is now the League's 'arms master.'
• Has reconsidered his disdain for Abigail Aensland, understanding that if someone could become as well-known as effective as her while operating under an injunction against killing, they must be skilled. Of course, he has other motives for assisting her...
• Had respect for Nikademus as a worthy opponent, and wishes to avenge his death, if only because ehe believed he was supposed to kill him personally.
• Supremely unsurprised by Sah Ed Valam's betrayal, if slightly disappointed that he had so little a sense of honor.
• No respect for Ali Bashir, viewing him as a ruler of a minor country, with little reputation and no allies, only people he owes debts to. Doubts he'd be part enough to figure out that Abigail is at Shadowland, and has no motive to target her, suggesting someone else is pulling his strings.

Has a close relationship with her Japanese Tulpa counterpart, obviously the Japanese counter part is significantly more stable in the mind than Iowa so she's grown a unhealthy attachment to her.

So when ever Iowa isn't feeling well she'll be going "I miss Japan" like a lot.

• Has a select group of soldiers that he has genetically modified using his own DNA. These soldiers are deemed 'Aryan', and a part of the true capacity of the Viertes Reich. With this example of perfection, Emil hopes that the rest of his forces can follow suit, and that in time, the world can be adapted to such superhuman norms.

Can copy weapon designs, so beware those with nifty technology as it will be copied and used against you!

Once had trouble swatting a fly so he invented a biochemical weapon that over excited flies brain neurons causing them to die of brain angurisms. The chemical effected his human staff killing all 387 of his employees. The chemical excited the brain so effectively that the victims experienced low levels of brain activity after death. He spent the next 4 hours killing zombies, and the three weeks hiring a new staff.

With authorization form POTUS (Who in this case will be Purveyor) she can generate and expend a limitless amount of nukes until the POTUS tells her enough is enough.

• Born Matthew Doran McCoy III to an Irish soldier and a Czech scientist on a boat to the US. His mother, who was of Jewish descent, gave him the name Matthew meaning 'God's gift' as it was a miracle that he survived the birth in such insanitary conditions and his father named him Doran meaning 'Exile' or 'Wanderer' because of the circumstances.

• Because both of his parents were employed by The Allies, Matt grew up on a covert military base in Nevada. The very same one where the project began.

• Was thoroughly homeschooled by his mother to a high-standard of education. Taught rational thinking and logic since he was a wee baby. His father taught him self-defense, respect and discipline while also introducing him to Catholic faith.

• Taught languages by the diverse military staff on the base. Speaks most European languages fluently and understands a fair bit of Hebrew and the Yiddish alphabet.

• Was stationed in Britain, meaning he was The American Son that fought during D-day and on various north european offensives.

• Fought off Nazi robots, mechanical apes and bastardized canines, werewolves, vampires and botched German Übermenschen in prototype tanks, came into contact with various ancient artefacts and sabotaged plenty a Nazi superweapons before they could sway state of the great war.

• Was knighted by King George VI for his exemplary aerial domination during The Battle of Britain and performance in previous war endeavors.

• Disappeared before the war ended...

(He's supposed to represent everything the Nazi's adore, essentially being the perfect Aryan. However, to Nazi Germany he would still be a second generation Jew and thus subject to termination. He's a living contradition of their conviction.)

•Has no problem mentioning death, war, or outright skipping over most social rules. However he doesn't because he knows they have a purpose. Usually.

Amarth

• Is alive and well (or rather undead), and is currently blending in among the populace of New York City.
• His disguise is a pair of round glasses and casual attire, as well as staying in his base/original form rather than as the spiky haired terrorist that most remember him as.
• His alias is "Grant Powers". There's a joke/gag here if you're familiar with this character and his former doings.
• Using his nGod abilities, he can manipulate weak psychic fields and waves to influence the minds of the weak minded, further preventing civilians seeing him as Amarth.
• When he uses his powers undercover, he usually moves at incomprehensible speeds so that no average individuals/human beings can notice. The only exception is when he decided to stop a few street crimes, though still resembled a blur when he moved.
• Fully, fully intends to avenge his own death and battle Trinity Blue once again, feeling the need to gain retribution.
• Sees Bulwark as a worthy rival and adversary, and thus intends to battle him again.

Kane is learning how to cook from his foster mother, Anna, and can already can cook some decent food himself. Hi powers also help out as well.

• Informants for Blitzkrieg can be found everywhere, and have been known to arrange appointments for those who look to request Emil Tod's aid. However, these informants remain hidden, and if they were intimidated into exposing information, they would ultimately provide nothing for the interrogator, except for the vague idea of a submarine that the General used.

• Can be considered one of the pioneers of contra-metahuman combat.
• Personally thinks that individuals with slower healing factors have a better an edge over their quicker counterparts in CQC.
• Hasn't met a metahuman he couldn't bring down, given the effort.
• Subject to ongoing ontogenesis, a process of enhanced development or personal evolution through non-differentiated cells. Meaning he can grow stronger over time as evidenced by the fact that he was initially the most mediocre of The American Son super-soldiers but now sports multi-ton levels of strength and his skin is almost imprevious to bullets due to repeated exposure.
• Another example is his unique ability tosee flaws in almost anything. The only two known factors that can impede his analysis are complexity and motion. Meaning the faster a complex object is moving the longer it takes Aristotle to notice a structural flaw.

Would have permanently died if the following two conditions were met during the civil war

1) The Tulpa Project is performed during the Civil War

2) The South successfully separates from the Union (It would be the equivalent of cutting off a vital organ for Miss America)

• Felix has a tattoo but refuses to tell anyone what or where it is (it's a rose on his thigh).
• He's a kickass cook
• He's good enough to compete in almost any sport in the Olympics except dressage, he hates horses
• He once took up a job as a boxing coach
• He's actually English, but can mimic almost any accent almost flawlessly.
• He speaks seven languages other than English, including Russian, Japanese, and Mandarin.
