2 weeks ago in the city of New empire, a bomb went off in each of it's districts. These bombs thought they cause mass destruction throught out the city, Multiple people gained ability's because of it. With these abilty's, Three gangs which before the bomb's were no threat to the police started taking over the districts. The three groups, The Night stalkers, Omega Men, and Fem Fattales soon took over the entire city. The police of the city were either killed or are to scared to protect the city but not all hope is lost for the city. Not everyone with powers had joined up with the gangs and are trying to defeat the gangs with limited success. Apart the heroes dont stand a chance but together they may be able to stop the gangs and find the source of the attacks.
Who ever want to join I will literally take anyone as long as there good or neautral. All make a offical team page when or if this actually gets any members. You can also instead of being a hero who got there powers from the blast you can be hero from outside the city trying to help

If either of you want to join I said neutral or good can join. I find it sorta funny that I have more people willing to be villians for the team then team members

@Mr. Mercury: Alright lol. I find it bad I already have like three villians for this team that so far only has two members. If you know of anyone who may be interested in joining the team please tell them.
@Mr. Mercury: I do a lot of RP'n on Tv.com but we do it a little differnt over there. I asked to join some teams but only one said yes out of fifty but it seemed all they did was talk on that page so I thought if I cant join one make one!
@superboy12: I think you have it misunderstood this is for writers each character interacts with another through RP narratives. Yeah they RP through team pages but the big moves are made through the RPs in narrative
