Once the site of an Anti-Registration base it suffered terrible damage in an attack by Stark and his forces. Many died from the attack and later from the radiation weaponry Stark unleashed upon the unsuspecting occupants. Later, after the area had been cleansed of radiation workers returned and after many months of backbreaking labor repaired the base.
The Wolf Queen, a decommissioned aircraft carrier that somehow found its way into the midst of the Sahara desert. Damaged bulkheads have been wielded shut, destroyed portions replaced and radiation cleansed.
Spacious and efficiently designed the military vessel offers plenty of space, containing enough rooms to hold all the staff the Wolves could ever need, more than enough storage for their supplies, a gym, training area, entertainment room, operations center and far, far more.
Though the interior is poorly lit, cramped and metallic it offers everything the Wolves could need.
Outposts are created from improvised materials. Generally constructed from already standing structures reinforced with sandbags, armed with heavy machine guns and RPGs, and staffed by Flock personal.
Although basic they are situated to provide full coverage around the main base. This allows plenty of warning in case a large force attempts to assault the facility. Their job is to delay an attacking force and relay the information to the main base, not break the backs of every invader.
A few modified vehicles patrol the area in-between the base and the outposts. Inexpensive, light and maneuverable they illustrated the impoverished state of the Anti-Registration movement. Dependent upon the resourcefulness of its members rather than their wallets.
Rules!
No Superman tier characters please. This isn't strictly a street level thread but I'd like to keep it separated from really high tier events.
Sell other PCs and NPC's. Or I will boot you from the thread.
