France was one location of the world soaked in history. Some the calm waters of beauty and tranquility, this is what many saw. A landscape built more by artists then of constructors, such majestic quality of the place made it sought by many. And that was the blood the waters tried to wash away. For as beautiful a place as France was it was secretively marred by violence and assassins. Many many facts of this were so secretive that few knew anything of the calamity that came to pass through the sands of history. Some conflicts though were as renown as the orchestrators of these events of pain. Things like the claiming of this land by horrors like those of Tenebra and of Hell Fire Clubs reclamation. It sounded righteous, to the eyes that saw the world though its appalling nature was evident. Those who pledged of righteousness were just as damned as those who waged war. The choice of weapon just a simpler subtle one. Where the apocalyptic horrors split bodies in two it seamed the heroes were just the ones who preferred to drive a knife nice and slow through the target.
As tragic as that reality was it was coming to pass Sakura's mind that the only means of a salvageable earth was that rout of assassinations and political intrigue. If the flower of execution was to play liberator it was going to have to become that which it fought. Her time of claiming lives was far from over, instead it was but emerging from the surface. Gaining the attention was the objective of the day, a calling card to allure her recruitment. Of course leaving a calling card was something she did very very well. Nicolai Contiago was a wanted felon charged with murder drug trafficking and much more. She had no need to regret the end of his life and so the trap was laid. Nicolai had picked her up off the corner thinking her choice of attire something else entirely. He drove them to the back allies expecting a special night in the darkness. And the ruse was not forsaken in anyway until in the darkest corner, he fell flawlessly for the trap. Her blade sank into his heart, it slipped from her glove and into his flesh. Muscle skewered and rendered useless, the blade made of nanites was designed to dissolve after usage. No evidence left behind, silent and almost peaceful in presentation.
A decaying rose was placed over the man's chest just above the wound oozing crimson. Her signature fitting and serene a gift to the passing of life. Arms of Nicolai crossed in a ceremonial manner, satisfied with her results athletic dexterity allowed her to quickly take to the roofs. Shadows masking her from any but those who went searching for those who might strike from such darkness. The deadly flower hoping this act was enough to call attention to her, bringing her into the circle of the powers that be, Never did Yashima know that she was already tied to anothers scheming mind. That was a discovery to be made at a much later day.
